Changes & Refunds

ALL ONLINE SALES ARE FINAL.  THE PLANT BAR DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY ITEMS. SHOULD YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND NEED TO MAKE A CHANGE SIMPLY CONTACT US AT THEPLANTBAR.CO@GMAIL.COM WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PLACING THE ORDER.

Lost or stolen after delivery

Packages marked as delivered by carrier but are not received are the customer's responsibility. If your item has been lost or stolen after delivery, please contact your carrier as we are not able to track them down on our end.

Damaged/Missing Items

All damages must be reported within 24 hrs of the courier marking the package delivered. After the 24 hr window we are not held responsible. If there may be missing items - the items l must be reported within 7 days of the order being marked delivered. Failure to do so will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Shipping plants during extreme cold/hot weather conditions

PLEASE bring your packages inside immediately when experiencing extreme hot or cold weather. We cannot promise the health of the plants if left outside for extended period of time

IS NOT ADVISED TO SHIP LIVE TROPICAL PLANTS IN BELOW FREEZING OR ABOVE 100 DEGREE TEMPERATURES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING DELAYS
